  • Kate Bingaman-Burt

At 29, Kate Bingaman-Burt was an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Mississippi State University. Now she teaches as an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Portland State University. She received her dual BA in Art and English from the College of the Ozarks in 2000. Later, she went on to receive her MFA in Graphic Design at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.  She is a founding partner of the Public Design Center. It unfortunately does not exist anymore. Her work has been featured numerous places like The New York Times.

What an interesting artist. I feel like Kate is bringing a new edge to the world of Graphic Design and drawing. The concept of drawing her credit card bills and selling them is genius! I like her use of vibrant colors and quirky designs.
